Inoah - a "Made in the USA" whimsical & wonderful collection of tops, tunics & dresses! This pant features an elastic waist and a tulip hem. Made from a stretch textured fabric, this piece is soft & comfortable. This piece comes in solid black. Great basic!

Care: Machine wash, dry flat.
